David Wade is a graduate of Hofstra University with more than a decade of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, pediatric urgent care, and clinical leadership. He brings extensive expertise in diagnostics, minor surgical procedures, general practice, and the management of both acute and chronic conditions.
David is the founder of Pine Tree Urgent Care, established with a mission to serve the local community while delivering a higher standard of patient-centered care.
Nurse Practitioner
Michelle Pickoski-Capuano was born and raised in Maine. Having worked as a CNA, then RN, then FNP, she has already dedicated more than 20 years to caring for our community.
